Pauline is specialized in medical massage therapy and offers therapeutic Swedish massage for stress reduction as well as neuromuscular, myofascial and trigger point techniques for pain relief and chronic muscle tension. Pauline also offers cranial sacral techniques and is a qualified Reiki practitioner. She continues to pursue new learning and will soon be certified in prenatal and postnatal massage to help pregnant women feel well and relaxed. Pauline is a PhD doctorate in medical science and has deep understanding of trauma-informed healthcare and inflammation and joint disorders.
